Business Intelligence AnalystLocation: 90036Currently seeking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with 6 years of experience in a fast growing company.
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.Duties and responsibilities:?Generate, prepare, and perform data modeling for various pension and health benefits, leveraging SAS business intelligence analytical tool.?Identify cost-effective benefit initiatives and programs based on current environment and best practices.?Prepare materials and reports to be presented to the Benefits Committee, including ad-hoc requests as necessary.?Review and ensure department accuracy of data transmitted to consultants, and vendors, including ad-hoc requests as necessary.
Validate any financial data analysis with Accounting Department.?Participate in planning and completion of overall department projects, as well as work with various departments on any related data findings and ensure any findings are resolved.?Assist with management of program implementations.?Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.?Perform other duties as assigned.Stable company with room for growth.
Hours are 8:30am to 5pm.
Start date is October 1, 2021.
