– Apartment concierge in Kendall, FL Salary: $13 / hour Our company is seeking energetic, outgoing, proactive and well qualified candidates to interview for the position of Apartment Concierge / Front Desk Attendant for our luxury condominiums.
An apartment concierge is a person who helps the residents of the building with small tasks.
The apartment concierge is there to make things easier for residents, whether it’s by performing security functions, receiving packages for residents or helping a visitor make it to an apartment.
Responsibilities include: The appartment concierge should greet residents and their guests Coordinating deliveries of packages, flowers, restaurant food Duties may include controlling and monitoring security cameras Monitoring exterior doors to the building and maintaining a secure environment for our residents The appartment concierge should control guest/vendor access to residential floors through elevator control system The appartment concierge should control access to amenity areas such as the spa, pool and beach areas Attain exceptional scores for Owner Service and Satisfaction standards Review daily front office procedures and facilitate communication between owner and maintenance team members The appartment concierge should ensure all areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures Be able to handle crisis situations in the event of an emergency Be able to answer the telephone and speak clearly and professionally Appartment concierge services Work with all departments to ensure owner needs are met Any other applicable lobby responsibilities Requirements: Previous hospitality experience or similar experience is a must Passion to work with people and willingness to learn Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer knowledge.
Detail-oriented, team player, professional demeanor.
