The LCSW will be responsible for the following duties:Completed full mental health assessment, treatment planning and crisis interventions for patients treated under IBH (Integrated Behavioral Health) and patients admitted into Specialty Mental Health (outpatient psychotherapy).
Will operate as a point of resource of mental health needs for the department and will assist as well as arrange referral services and/or shelters for victims of domestic violence or elder abuse.Ideal candidates will have prior chronic mental illness population experience.
Preferred to be bilingual in Spanish.
Must have a minimum on 4 years of licensed experience.
