Phillips 66 was recognized by Forbes as one of “America’s Best Employers” in 2019.**Description**Reporting to the ICS Supervisor, West Region, the **Advanced IT/OT Analyst** will work very closely with the business’s Industrial Control System (ICS) group to provide control system support. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing selected ICS maintenance and project activities in the site’s geographical support area. Support activities may include: configuring and maintaining servers and workstations (physical and virtual), configuring and maintaining switches and Ethernet network infrastructure (wired and wireless), administrating Active Directory, and using selected applications to monitor and troubleshoot performance. Advanced knowledge of control systems and their maintenance will be required, and training provided where necessary. The role will participate in applicable support networks in the business (such as the Refining Process Control Network and the Refining Cybersecurity Network). This role will provide broad exposure to the IT aspects of industrial control system support.**Responsibilities May Include**+ Collaborating closely with the business’s industrial control system support group.+ Planning and managing hardware refresh.+ Planning and managing potentially disruptive activities in the production ICS environment.+ Planning and managing corporate required cybersecurity related activities in the ICS environment.+ Resolving service delivery issues for support of control systems infrastructure.+ Optimizing IT service delivery by improving reliability, efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness of defined components of services while following required engineering standards and safety practices.+ Maintaining documentation of supported systems.+ Seeking, recommending, and delivering cost effective value-add opportunities.+ Assisting with the business’s budget development.+ Coordinating resources and suppliers to complete projects and work requests.**Position Requirements****Basic/Required:**+ Legally authorized to work in the job posting country+ High school diploma or GED equivalent+ 3 or more years of experience in an applicable Information Technology discipline+ Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills+ Proven verbal and written communication skills for direct customer interaction+ Proven ability to master and apply advanced and specialized technical training+ Proven ability to work well with business, and local and remote IT resources+ Proven ability to deliver on commitments+ Proven ability and willingness to provide day-to-day and after-hours support (24×7) as appropriate+ Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
