The Ad Council’s Analytics team is looking for a Campaign Analyst who will play a key role in examining campaign performance from a multi-media lens.
By providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights, you’ll help optimize and improve campaign performance to solve our clients’ business problems, while working collaboratively with our Media, Strategy, Campaign Management and Digital teams.
What you’ll do:Monitor and analyze a breadth of media, video, social, mobile and web data to provide insight into the performance of clients’ omni-channel marketing programsWork collaboratively and cross-functionally to build campaign objectives, identify measurable KPIs, and develop measurement strategiesEnsure consistent and relevant analytics reporting across campaigns with the intent to optimize and influence strategic directionPresent comprehensive findings and recommendations to both sponsors and partnersConduct ad hoc analyses as needed to provide real-time insight on new campaign launches and high-profile events and issuesRepresent the Analytics department within internal campaign-specific cross-functional teams, owning all marketing analytics responsibilities and deliverablesAssist efforts to improve and refine analytics offerings by staying up to date with emerging trends and best practices What you bring:3-5 years in marketing analytics and/or data analysisStrong proficiency with Google Analytics; familiarity with GoogleTag Manager a plusAbility to interpret and visualize data via Excel and PPT; experience with TableaupreferredDemonstrable knowledge of analytics platforms, testing tools and other BI toolsProven track record of driving analytical insights into tangible resultsExcellent communication, organizational and time prioritization skillsA self-starter with the ability to work effectively under minimal direction What you’ll get:All full-time the Ad Council employees are eligible for:Health: Ad Council provides private medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your family, insurance for your pets, health savings benefits, plus reimbursement toward health and wellness expensesGrowth: Eligibility to participate in 403(b) retirement account with generous company contributions, tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesHappiness: Robust and flexible time off, fully paid parental leave, sabbaticals, hybrid working options along with community engagement opportunities.
