We are looking for an Automated Settlement Specialist II responsible for providing outstanding service in the general processing of ACH and share draft functions, Direct Deposit distributions, and ATM/Debit/Credit/Shared Branch adjustments, cash settlement, and FRB adjustments.

This position performs with minimal supervision from department management and is responsible for advanced and specialized settlement functions.

Typical Responsibilities:

Process ACH and Share Drafts for members and internal departments.
Process incoming and outgoing ACH transactions, stop payment/revocation requests, reclamations, DNE notifications, and return files, in compliance with NACHA and FRB rules and regulation and within Credit Union established policies and procedures.
Process direct deposit distributions according to Credit Union established policies and procedures.
Perform transaction settlement processes (FRB adjustments, check fraud processing, foreign check collection, and deposit chargebacks).
Provide support with the mobile deposit programs
Maintain current knowledge of rules and regulations and Credit Union established policies and procedures, recommending changes as appropriate.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a branch office or in automated settlement services at a financial institution.
Experience at a financial institution for a minimum of 1 year working with financial products and services, processing and managing accounts, and researching and responding to a variety of inquiries.
