This position will be on-site during training, and then will become a hybrid schedule 3 days in office and 2 remote. Responsibilities:
- Handle daily invoicing, sales updating, and shipping document reconciliation with sales invoice
- Apply daily cash receipt and verify the short payment
- Issue charge back or process adjustment to settle AR balance
- Review weekly RGA, credit and debit memos
- Review shipping documents and prepare the presenting draft for direct shipments with open account or LC term
- File Accounts Receivable documents
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’ s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in Mandarin a plus!
