A business management company near UCLA is seeking a motivated and analytical Accounts Payable Specialist to assist their accounting team in with any payable and receivable duties.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in AP/AR roles, have an Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or a similar field, and be knowledgeable with Excel and QuickBooks.

Duties/Tasks:
Process and review high volume of invoices for Accounts Payable
Reconcile and validate entries
Update daily cash report
Ensure accuracy of aging report
Collections for Accounts Receivable
Assist with billing issues
Balance account reconciliation
Skills & Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable roles
Knowledgeable with Excel and QuickBooks
