Accounts Payable Coordinator

Overview: 14 West is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the flow of invoices in Coupa, our automated Procure to Pay tool.

This includes:Resolving issues and training the system through InvoiceSmashReviewing and resolving invoices that are in Hold, Rejected and Draft statusesResearch Invoice to Purchase Order discrepanciesWork with Manager and Coupa Admin to develop and document new processes that add efficiency, accuracy and controlsAssign invoices to appropriate workflowsSecondary:Work with suppliers to onboard them to the Coupa PlatformHelp address inquiries from suppliers and customersReconciling vendor statements and address any open itemsSupports accounts payable team with various projects as neededPlay an active role in AP standup meetings and WIP meetings Qualifications: Required Qualifications: 2 years full cycle accounts payable experience in a shared service environmentExperience in Coupa or a similar AP automation toolExperience in a paperless environmentAbility to process a large amount of transactions with a high degree of accuracyGood verbal and written communication skills.Capacity to work in a remote environment when requiredAble to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of handling pressurePossesses excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient experience with Microsoft Excel is a plusKnowledge of purchase order and inventory processes is a plusExceptional organizational and time-management skillsPrides self with delivering high quality workEstablishes and maintains a working rapport and communication with all levels within and outside our company, demonstrating excellent customer serviceWe offer a wide variety of benefits, programs, and services to our employees, including:Medical, vision, and dental insurance plansEmployer-subsidized parking401(k) plan with employer matchingGenerous vacation time and paid holidaysFitness programs and discountsCasual dress codeAbout 14 West14 West exists to help companies grow and innovate on their own terms, and become sought-after employers.
