Under the general direction of the Assistant Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will provide financial analysis, reporting, and administrative support to Compensation Plan and Basic Science Plan accounts for the department.
Maintain accounting system and statements for academic enrichment, section, and research accounts.
Work closely with Research Director to prepare financial summaries of PI’s projects.
Prepare fund applications to various Department Sales and Service programs.
Manage departmental accounts receivable, preparing invoices and tracking payment processing.
Responsible for generating ad hoc reports as requested by faculty and staff in relation to financial data.
In addition, he/she will provide assistance in executing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Create and oversee individual funds as necessary.
Prepare faculty Profit and Loss statements on a biannual basis.
