If you live your life by the Red Carpet calendar and are looking to sink your teeth into multiple aspects of the communications spectrum, this role is perfect for you!nn nn nn nnIn this foundational role, the AAE, VIP, Celebrity, & Influencer supports the team through celebrity relations, writing, research, account administration, and reporting.nn nn nn nn nn nn The AAE, VIP & Celebrity duties will include: nn Possess strong presentation skills and writing abilities across a range of media and marketing materials Identify trends and potential applications of them for clients across the celebrity and influencer spectrum Develop influencer and VIP relationships and recommend appropriate targets Maintaining product showroom, keeping sample inventory and trafficking Shipping of samples and gifts, seeding projects and gifting Monitoring for successful celebrity/VIP/influencer placements and press clips Develop solid first drafts of key client documents, including agendas, social copy, backgrounders, reports, influencer recommendations, etc.
Maintain media, influencer and stylist lists Assist in client event planning and support production and activation of events nn nn nn Our ideal candidate nn Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications or related field Minimum one year of full-time work experience on either the agency or client side Interested in diverse experience within social, influencer, and VIP/celebrity Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and verbal and written communications skills Ability to manage multiple projects/requests with competing priorities simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Proficient in MuckRack, Fashion GPS, Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote (preferred) Knowledge of agents, stylists, and influencers in the entertainment / fashion / lifestyle industries nn n nn nn KWT Global is a global brand strategy and public relations agency that employs a purpose-driven, design-thinking approach to marketing and communications.
