The Talent Development Coordinator will deliver excellent support within Duda’sTalent Development and Management programs to improve and elevate individual and organizational performance.This position requires timely, nimble, and creative solutions.
This role will maintain and upgrade all talent systems including the LMS, Talent, Succession, and Performance Management Modules as well as support various talent management practices such as retention, succession planning efforts including workforce planning, performance management, employee training, compliance training, enterprise change initiatives such as alternative work arrangements and HR demographic analytics.
