Your Opportunity to Lead Our Next Phase of Growth As the Testing Technician, your job responsibilities will include:
? Conducting in-house physical testing and evaluation of customer supplied fabrics to determine overall performance results in an accurate and timely manner
? Documenting and filing all fabric submissions and results in a timely fashion within the testing log and fabric library
? Enforcing quality assurance best practices and maintaining process standards
? Ensuring testing is executed on time and accurately
? Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
? Maintaining security and confidentiality
? Preparing testers with verbal instruction before each round of testing
Skills and Qualifications
? Ability to accurately and consistently follow detailed procedures with precision
? Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
? Knowledge of quality assurance management processes
? Managing processes with a quality assurance focus
? Analyzing Information/critical thinking
? Presenting technical information
? Equipment maintenance
? Clear written and oral communication

? Outstanding time management and prioritization
? Intermediate level math skills
? Intermediate Excel, Word, data entry, Outlook, cloud computing
? Ability to work independently and prioritize duties

? Bonus: Clinical lab testing experience
? Bonus: textile knowledge of raw materials, yarns, knitting, weaving, dyeing, finishing, QC/QA inspection
? Bonus: knowledge of testing standards and certification methods (ISO, QMS, ASTM, AATCC)
Education
? Bachelor’s Degree
? PMP certification is a plus
? Valid driver’s license
? Fluent in English (verbal and written)
