Bachelor” S degree in Psychology or related field preferredBilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus!Past experience working with children, especially children with autism is preferredRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferredReliable Transportation requiredMonday-Friday availability preferred Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children with autism in their natural setting, such as in their home, school, or communityBehavior Technicians teach children with autism how to talk, play, make friends, and function more independently, while helping redirect challenging behaviorsCollaborate and participate in clinical team meetings to report child’s progress and get specific feedback from the supervisorCollect, organize and summarize behavioral data on each child’s treatment goalsAble to lift at least 25 lbsAble to sit (on the ground) for extended periods of time and move with easeAble to see, hear, articulate (e.G.
