Schedule: FT Shift: Day The community you&039;ll be caring for: AdventHealth North Pinellas Great Culture Top Quality outcomes Nurse Excellence Committee (NEC)/Governance Leadership is accessible Located on the Gulf of Mexico The role you&039;ll contribute: Installs, operates and maintains the organization&039;s heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Monitors and trains others on various processes The value you&039;ll bring to the team: Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages Prepares the preventive maintenance schedule and produces monthly reports Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems.
Oversees essential repairs and other duties as carried out.
Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance Qualifications The expertise and experiences you&039;ll need to succeed: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School Grad or Equiv and 2 years experience EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Masters degree Five years of healthcare maintenance LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Driver&039;s License LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED: Journeyman License This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
