We pay our Residential HVAC Technician top experience and sales-based pay of $80k
– $100k /yr with 10% commission and bonuses Our team also enjoys great benefits, including health insurance, dental, vision, an independent retirement plan (IRA), paid holidays, 52 hours of accrued paid vacation in the first year, 104 hours of paid vacation after the 2nd year, life insurance, a take-home vehicle, a cell phone, uniforms, a tool allowance, excellent training, and family social events.
