Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for (at a minimum) the following qualification: Quality, Lab experience in private, public, government, or military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor s degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Chemistry, or Microbiology from an accredited institution Strong analytical skills.
Must have the ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
Previous Quality experience in a manufacturing environment Previous work experience in an FDA regulated environment This position is subject to a practical exam where candidates will need to demonstrate good laboratory practices as part of the selection process.
