Project Engineer / Technician

This is an entry-level technical position that relies heavily on communication and organization.

The successful candidate will work with the Delta Engineering Team to: Provide Project Documentation Sequence Confirmations Checkout Documentation Commissioning Scrips Confirming Graphics / Finalizing Graphics Commissioning Systems with client, 3rd party commissioning agent, or with our internal engineering team.

Work on engineering standards or practices as needed Backfill and support other Project Engineers with design, programming, graphics and/or documentation.

Primary working location will be either in the field at a project site or at the local Portland (Durham/Tualatin area) office during normal working hours.

Frequent site trips will be required when project is in its commissioning phase.

More in-office work to prep for upcoming project commissioning work.

Candidate will need to be prepared to work efficiently on site with remote support.

Specific BMS training will be provided, looking for a highly technical candidate that is motivated to learn and contribute to an amazing engineering team.

Qualifications: Computer fluency, familiarity with programming preferred, electrical/mechanical aptitude is helpful, HTML or other graphic design experience a plus.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communication skills.

Appetite for challenge and ability to absorb technical training.

1
– 2 years preferred but not required.

Associates or technical diploma a plus but not required.
