Maintenance Attendant Maintenance Attendant needed for a private community near Beverly Glen Blvd.
and Mulholland Drive in West Los Angeles.
Duties include but are not limited to cleaning the two-story community clubhouse (inside and outside; sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, windows, trash cans, exterior decks, etc.), two community pool areas (including patio furniture, changing rooms, trash cans, etc.), and seven community tennis courts (benches, trash cans, water fountains, etc.).
EMPHASIS: CLEANING IS REQUIRED.
Person hired should have good time-management and prioritization skills, as it is sometimes necessary to shift from the routine “on-the-spot”, when needed, to do different things at different times during the day than the day/week before, based on the needs of the Association, at any given moment.
Open shift is Friday through Sunday from 5:30 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m.
– 24 hours per week.
There will be opportunities for additional hours at other positions / shifts within the community, as the need arises.
Person hired will be required to receive training and be certified in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (“AED”), at employer’s expense.
