PC Technician
Robert Half is looking for a PC Technician for one of our best clients in the LA area! The ideal PC Technician candidate will be responsible for providing both technical and IT administrative support to employees in a network environment. This position will support desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows 10 & Office 365), business suites (e.g., Office 365), and electronic mail communications (e.g. Outlook).
Job Requirements:
PC Technician Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks.
• Provides end user support; including problem determination (hardware, software, process), problem source identification (specific hardware, software, network component, or usage error) and problem resolution (reconfiguration, component replacement, or training).
• Supports and troubleshoots IT issues as required.
• Act as liaison between end users and provide Tier 3 support.
PC Technician Must Haves:
• Experience with usernames and password Resets
• Re-imaging experience
