DIRECT HIRE MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnosis and repairs to plant machinery and equipment in a high-speed environment
- Order parts as required for mechanical repairs
- Responsible for preventative maintenance type work.
- Perform maintenance on equipment in a safe, clean, and efficient manner.
- Must be able to perform maintenance on equipment in a safe, clean and efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- High-speed weighing systems
- Photo eye sensors
- VFD’s and PLC’s
- Packaging Equipment
- Food process equipment
Required Experience:
Previous work experience in two of the following categories:
- Packaging Manufacturing
- Foods Manufacturing
- Plastics
- Trouble-shoot mechanical/electrical, Pneumatic systems
