Courier
– loading, delivering, and picking up supplies from various locations around Los Angels and Orange County.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Maintaining building cleanliness.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Clean Driving Record
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Strong time management skills.
