Job Responsibilities : Pulling, testing, and termination of Cat 6 cable Termination of multi mode fiber Building out MDF/IDFs Installation of Wireless Access Points (WAPs) Install J Hooks, D-rings, cable tray, and other cable supports Running fiber optic cable High volume cable dressing Reading blue prints Minimum Experience: Six (6) years’ experience in organizing and supervising structured cable systems and Inside Plant (ISP) installations and site surveys Supervisory and project management experience of installation crews
• Ability to coordinate with Project Manager, Design Engineer, and other subcontractor(s) Experience working from design plans and specifications and possess the ability to meet scheduled deadlines for completion of project(s) Possess conduit, tubing, or pipe bending skills to enable fabrication of pipe configurations to fit within existing building infrastructure BICSI Technician certification preferred Corning/CommScope/Systimax certifications preferred Must be willing to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time.
