CLASSIFICATION: Kitchen Technician DEPARTMENT: Production SALARY STATUS: Hourly SHIFT START: 5AM and 7AM
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge on computer
Able to read and write English
Previous operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience
Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Operate HMI, analyze and make adjustment on the HMI
Setup and change over equipment
Measure out products for dumping
Able to lift 50 lb.

Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
Dismantle of equipment for cleaning
Comply with all GMP, safety, and health regulations
