Building Maintenance/ Maintenance Person We are seeking a Building Maintenance/ Maintenance Person to become a part of our team.

You will perform necessary work to upkeep the buildings, mechanical equipment, building systems and common areas.Responsibilities:Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildingsComplete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashionOrder and replace broken parts or equipmentMaintain a clean and a safe work spaceCommunicate with Tenants and other contractors as neededPerform other duties, as assignedQualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with hand-held tools and equipmentDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to handle physical workloadGood communication skills + ability to use a computer/ tabletJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 $30.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOn callCOVID-19 considerations:Covid mask/ social distancing policy for all employees and tenants.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Maintenance: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location:Multiple locationsWork Remotely:No
