General Job Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC DDC Controls
- Provide maintenance, service, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
- Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repair pumps including industrial chillers, air handlers, and boilers
- Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statues
- Maintain maintenance records as required
- Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC equipment
- Properly maintain and safeguard company assets
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-7 years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience
- HVAC Certification/License highly preferred
- Knowledge of industrial chillers, air handlers, boilers
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check
