IT Technician – California

As an IT technician, you will be part of an immediate team of four who provide IT services and support to TNC staff in California, and part of a broader global IT organization.

This position is based in TNCrsquos Los Angeles office, with occasional opportunities to travel to other TNC offices and remote sites in California (with a focus on Southern California).

Primary Duties Purchase, set up and maintain staff computers and accessories Provide IT support for staff, including PC hardwaresoftware, office equipment, etc.

Maintain IT-related inventories and other managementtracking systems Assist with staff onboarding, orientation, etc.

Assist with site-based tasks such as network maintenance and upgrades Qualifications Two years of IT-related work experience Personal or work experience with PC technologies, networking and onlinecloud-based collaboration systems Experience with data entry, editing and management Technical aptitude combined with good communications and customer service skills We encourage you to explore the many great reasons to join our team, including our comprehensive benefits package.
