Help Desk Technician

Summary: The Help Desk Technician is responsible for supporting the user community and providing the Information Technology support and services required for all stadium events.

This individual has a strong appetite for user satisfaction and will do whatever it takes in a bustling environment.

Responsibilities: Provide help desk and end user support to all employees in a timely and professional manner Ability to troubleshoot error messages, apply patches or upgrades, and general support of Windows and MAC’s Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and printers Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications User Management, Active Directory, Identify password related issues and provide resolution Provide gameday and event support Assist Systems Specialist in other projects as needed Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources Physically required to lift, move, pack/unpack systems weighing 50 lbs Fun personality that enjoys Technology Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in CIS/MIS or similar Excellent communication skills required Computer skills and knowledge are required Excellent customer service skills required Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information is necessary Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must Knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop support and Microsoft Office products MacOS X and Apple iOS knowledge Prior help desk or customer service experience a plus Willing to work weekends, off hours and holidays, as needed by Department Head.
