Field Services Technician nn The organization is moving from Avaya PBX to Zoom for phones.

Need to supplement the team for the project.

They are transferring 20K users to Zoom.

It will all be telephony work transitioning the data
– numbers, voicemail, etc.

nn Standard Hours are 9:00 AM-5 PM but must be flexible to work outside these hours.

On occasion will have to travel to satellite offices within the Los Angeles area when needed.nn Project Overview: Will be deploying phones
– take the new phone, deploy it in the field and then take away the old phone Will assist with troubleshooting Will do in-person audit on-campus buildings and remote satellite offices On occasion, may need to travel to satellite offices within the Los Angeles area if phones need to be deployed Skills: Must have 3+ years experience performing phone deployments Must have experience with Avaya phones Zoom experience highly desired nnWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, arrest, and conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
