AIS offers extensive training where you will level up from Apprentice to Level I then II Field Service Technician.

Our Field Service Technicians I and II are responsible for handling various service issues related to Multi-Function Printers (MFPs), Copiers, IT and Telecom services for our clients in the Las Vegas Valley.

The selected candidate will be provided with educational and on the job training as well as opportunities for hands on work as the candidate learns each discipline.Purpose: This role supports AIS’s purpose of providing technology that works for our clients and revolutionizes their business while providing service they’ll fall in love with.Major Goals:Own the entire customer service experience while resolving service issuesAttend to service calls and customer site needs as they emergeProvide an exceptional customer experienceToughest Parts of the Job:Learn multiple disciplines (Copiers/Printers, Telecom, and Managed IT Services)Learn AIS as a company of culture, people, and processesBalance the multiple demands and competing priorities of the positionRespond to emergency service calls within 4 working hours or less as dictated by customer contractObtain necessary certifications to move up in LevelAIS offers competitive wages as well as a stimulating working environment with opportunities for growth.
