Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician Position Summary: Supporting the Operations of Aero Snow Removal, part of the Outworx Group family of companies the Field Service Technician will install software and perform modifications on Heavy Equipment including our propriety Melters out in the field.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities: Install software programs or adjust on software settings to repair machine malfunctions.

Conduct preventative maintenance, testing and upgrading of equipment in the field.

Recalibrate, program, and install valves on heavy equipment.

Participate in troubleshooting activities in the event of equipment failure.

Field Service Technician Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years experience.

Mechanic skills with ability to understand and learn process Experienced using all tools of the trade (including welding equipment, diagnostic equipment, and hand and power tools).

Must have a driver license.

Diesel experience preferred.

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) preferred.

Must have own tool (Caliper).

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.

Able to lift to 50 lbs.

Must be able to obtain an airport security ID.

Willing to travel to different airports around the country.

Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
