Job Summary

The Tenant Services Technician is a contributing team member in providing high quality, cost effective installation solutions that increase customer satisfaction, as well as create repeat business and overall profitability. The Technician provides timely response to clients’ requests for day to day coordination of small to mid-size moves, reconfigurations and repair/maintenance of client’s furniture.

This position follows a 10am to 7pm schedule.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To

  • New Hire Setups on a weekly basis. Includes: taking equipment to destination, install/setup of equipment at desk, connecting equipment, powering on to verify everything in working order; resetting furniture to standards
  • Remove desk setups for onboarding/terminations on a weekly basis. Includes: disconnecting equipment, placing in tote, and delivering tote to IT department
  • Provide “Day 2” services in support of client requests
  • Implement daily work requests/tickets, employee onboarding, moves, clean-outs, and ergo products
  • Pick up Attic Stock from Attic Warehouses and deliver to client locations
  • Adhere to client security protocol requirements
  • Follow up with requestor after completion of requested work; update and close tickets
  • Utilize Supplier’s trucks or service vans in the performance of the Services (as needed)

Skills/Knowledge Required

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to take on initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Proven ability to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Adept in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent and effective at oral and written communication
  • Ability to see the big picture and integrate into day-to-day tasks and activities
  • Fluid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact effectively with a wide range of personnel and departments
  • Strong organizational, administrative skills
  • Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Must have strong work ethics
  • Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

Experience / Education Required

  • High school diploma
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and equipment handling
  • Commercial moving experience a plus

Pay Range: $22 – 30 / hour

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, and specific licensing or qualifications.
