Our body technicians work closely with estimating staff and paint technicians to ensure that each repair is completed properly and in a timely manner, so the ability to communicate effectively and work well with others is extremely important.
Responsibilities: Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy Performs repairs as assigned and in accordance with factory and industry standards Diagnoses the cause of malfunction and performs the needed repair Communicates with office personnel to obtain necessary parts Examines the vehicle to determine if additional repairs are required Advises estimator if additional work is needed Understands basic mathematical skills to solve simple equations for mixing chemicals Attends training classes and keeps abreast of industry trends Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste Ensures that customer cars are kept clean Completes quality control checks during and after repair completion Communicates effectively and courteously with coworkers Qualifications: Possess a valid driver’s license Have at least one year of auto body repair experience, or have completed an accredited training program Must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Must be willing to submit to a background/MVR check Job Benefits Package: $2500 sign-on bonus Starting pay commensurate with experience Health Insurance (HSA option) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Short-term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Supplemental Insurance Available 401K Team member Discounts Paid Holidays Paid Vacation/Sick Leave Paid Training recblid eewh9dhqu3qtnbqlbidsmp2xlbisdr
