AAA has been around for over a century and we have not had a single layoff during these uncertain timesKey Responsibilities:Reposition Gig cars from low utilization zones to high utilization zonesRefuel and clean Gig cars in the fleet for a great Member experienceShuttle Gig cars for maintenance and repair services (e.G., oil changes, flat tire repairs, etc.)Inspect, photograph and determine resolution of damaged vehiclesTest, diagnose, service and repair vehicle telematics technologyPerform light maintenance (e.G., battery jump, changing tires, etc.)Prepare cars for in-fleeting and de-fleetingAudit quality of work of third party fleet partnersWhat you’ll need to join:Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving recordAt least 21 years old with minimum of 5 years of driving experienceCustomer service facing experienceAbility to work flexible hours and willingness to work weekendsHigh School Diploma or GEDWhat you’ll need to succeed:Ability to creatively problem solve with an attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate with Team Members, partners and Gig MembersAbility to deliver best-in-class experiencesHave an internal drive to do what it takes to get the job done with a Member focus mentalityOLG_RX
