Arise is looking for a Vice President of Service Partner Marketing to be part of our rapidly growing company.

In this role you must care deeply about enriching the lives of our target audience and helping them find opportunities to create revenue while helping some of the biggest brands in the world.

We are looking for an innovative leader with deep experience in digital marketing and a passion for winning.

This is a player/coach role where you will lead a small team of highly talented specialists in creating high velocity campaigns targeted at potential gig-economy Service Partners to drive leads, engagements and conversions.

To be successful you will need deep technical experience with Marketing Automation, Data Management Platforms, Facebook Marketing, SEO/SEM and Google Ads and Analytics.

We are looking for innovation, out of the box thinking and someone comfortable in a “start-up” atmosphere where we iterate quickly and constantly evolve strategies to optimize performance and achievement of KPI’s.

Responsibilities:

• Persona definition and content

• Lead a comprehensive refresh of Service Partner persona including management of focus groups, qualitative and quantitative research leading to highly detailed personas that will drive all content marketing and thought leadership. 

• Establish a content architecture with the Sr.

Content Marketing Manager and oversee the high-frequency publication of content including blogs, articles, infographics and social posts.

• Analytics

• Work closely with data and analytics teams to get a clear picture of campaigns and where optimizations can be made

• Financial Acumen

• Responsible for strategically managing marketing spend and entire Service Partner Marketing P&L

• Brand

• Work closely with the Corporate Brand team to implement and update brand guidelines across all properties and campaigns.

• Websites

• Own the creative and technical development of multiple web properties to drive increased session time and conversions while decreasing exit and bounce rates.

• Digital marketing

• Use deep experience with Marketing Automation, Intent Marketing, Data Management Platforms.

Facebook advertising, Social Advertising, SEM/SEO and website best practices to drive lead generation, nurture programs and conversions.

• Oversee the implementation of SFDC Marketing Cloud for Marketing Automation and inbound campaigns.

• Agency Management

• Manage agencies in the placement of digital advertising, social advertising, and creative development. 

• Public Relations

• Create and manage a comprehensive PR strategy promoting Arise based on gig-economy opportunities, environmental impact, community development and social responsibility.

• Coaching and leadership

• Lead a team of talented specialists by providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback while fostering a environment of productivity through respect, collaboration and personal development.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in B2C marketing including progressive leadership roles across digital marketing and lead generation.

• Ability to use data to drive results

• Experience managing a department P&L

• Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry a plus

• BA/BS degree in marketing, digital strategy, content or related field

• Experience with consumer subscriptions products is desired

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate compelling value propositions

• Strong project management skills and ability to execute tasks from the ground level up

• Ability to manage marketing team and collaborate with other departments in the company

• Competently thrive in dynamic & fast-paced environments: enjoy the fast pace dynamics of a small, yet growing company

• Department leadership and management experience required
