POSITION TITLE: E-Commerce Web Analyst

POSITION PURPOSE:
The E-Commerce Web Analyst is a critical role, responsible for analyzing and optimizing web usage for all Guess? brands across North America. The Analyst will measure, monitor, and understand user behavior while clearly articulating actionable/accurate insights and recommendations to support sales, marketing, merchandising, creative, and business strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Analyze site behavior such as traffic trends, page performance, product interaction, path to purchase funnels, cross-device behavior, conversion, and retention. Perform deep dive analysis into user behavior and convert raw data into actionable insights for various teams; summarizing findings with storytelling techniques.
Maintain, enhance, and further develop automated dashboards for all web properties in addition to performing ad-hoc analysis.
Help develop A/B and Multivariate testing plans to identify and continuously optimize the user experience across all devices. Provide in-depth reporting and analysis of all testing & personalization campaign performances.
Customize the user experience with dynamic content and product recommendations based on custom attributes and affinities. Segment performance and behavior among different device types to help improve UI and UX designs while bringing a cohesive experience across multiple touchpoints.
Continuously test Adobe Analytics code implementation to ensure all metrics are properly captured. Must also stay informed about best practices around analytics, UX/UI, and current trends within the industry.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
