Key Responsibilities
 
Co-ordinate from start to finish the marketing process and collateral for real assets sales pitches Main support for the Head of Global Pursuit/Sales Enablement
– Assist with formatting and maintenance of materials such as: client pitches, client updates, factsheets/executive summaries, questionnaires, annual reports, ad-hoc requests (i.e.

DDQs, org charts, fund structure charts, etc) Manage compliance approval of all materials via audit system (DocuSign)
– Ensure compliance are aware of new documents that will be uploaded on DocuSign, making sure materials are uploaded in a timely manner to ensure sign off before materials are used externally Running team metrics
– Assist with collation of key team metrics and input of data via Salesforce General marketing admin duties and other ad-hoc support
– Assistance for wider marketing team where possible e.g.

graphics support, corporate communications, branding
Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years industry experience
– marketing in investment management (understanding of real estate as an asset class would be a major plus) Highly creative professional with advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Adobe Creative Cloud basic proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) Ability to work in a global business and across time zones Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organisational skills Self-motivated, ability to work under own initiative

About the Pursuit / Sales Enablement team

The sales enablement team works closely with the Investor Solutions Team, Chief Investment Officers and Portfolio Managers.

We provide expertise in Sales Proposal and DDQ management and delivery – including factsheets/executive summaries and pitch marketing materials.

The team also works with multiple product teams and Investor Solutions developing organic growth of our content library.

Our goal is to consistently add value across the sales life cycle, deploying skill sets in the most appropriate way to support revenue generation and business growth.
