Our agency is seeking an experienced, full-time Social Media Manager/Coordinator for our growing Social Media team who knows how to take initiative and get things done.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering results on social campaigns, with the ability to multitask and prioritize, plus a drive for testing, learning, and making insight
– and data-driven decisions.

The Social Media Manager will deliver all organic social efforts for a multitude of campaigns.

You will do social media for fashion brands, restaurants, interior designers, food/beverage companies, health/beauty companies.

Additionally you will work hand in hand with our photography department to properly execute content for clients.

Success in this role requires excellent project management skills, an aptitude for developing insights-driven social media strategies, ability to define client-oriented goals, and a creative eye for compelling content.

Overall, you will be challenged to take ownership of spearheading innovative projects and establish best social practices for our agency.

Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and analyze social strategies and campaigns for top brands and entertainment brands, from inception through post-launch to sustain Manage social calendars, including scheduling, posting and copy writing Compile data and insights on KPI’s for social media campaign performance reports to inform future content development Continuously brainstorm and innovate new ideas within the social space Manage day-to-day client relationships to communicate client requests, revisions, etc.

Work closely and collaboratively with a team of designers Communicate and manage workflow of shared resources between other teams Create, prioritize, and maintain project schedules and deliveries QC and traffic final deliveries in a variety of digital formats

Qualifications:
Passion for social media, graphic design, photography & digital marketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of best practices across all social channels Ability to multitask and handle a high volume in a fast paced environment Extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards Prior experience working on paid social media campaigns, as well as utilizing social tools (e.g.

Sprout, Later, Canva etc.) Familiarity with Adobe Suite and Dropbox
