Responsibilities
1.
Marketing Plan Execution
- Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing tactics and initiatives in support of strategic go-to-market plans and revenue growth objectives
- Align marketing activities with relevant marketing strategy, positioning and messaging
- Leverage content assets to support go-to-market plans and revenue growth initiatives which may include, but are not limited to, demand generation campaigns, thought leadership, webinars, sponsorships, special events, seminars, trade show exhibits, advertising, social media and communications
- Maximize target audience engagement through the appropriate strategic marketing channels
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm guidelines and brand standards
- Customize content that supports formal presentations to clients, prospective clients, and referral sources
- Develop and/or customize communications to clients, prospects, and internal staff
- Conduct online and database research, as requested
- Effectively leverage client testimonials, client video testimonials and case studies in go-to-market activities
- Assist with public relations article placement and interview opportunities
- Recommend specialized strategies for thought leadership and story ideas
- Evaluate results and marketing return on objective
- Collaborate with colleagues as appropriate to plan and execute work
- Utilize marketing department shared resources as appropriate to help execute initiatives
- Continuously expand knowledge base in assigned specialized industries or services
2.
Provide other marketing support as needed
- Work with teams to ensure the accuracy of client and prospect lists
- Assist with lead management activities, as needed
- Provide support with SalesForce.com, as requested
- Participate in marketing task forces and special projects

Perform and utilize research, as requested
- Conduct online research to support demand generation and go-to-market activities
- Monitor trends and business issues

Participate in professional organizations and independent study, integrating new knowledge, skills, and best practices into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriate.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years marketing project planning and execution experience required
- General understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation concepts
- Demonstrated experience in executing marketing plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused environment.
High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, business-related social media, Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools preferred
- Requires professionalism, diplomacy, organization, creativity, and ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
