What we are looking for: As Product Marketing Senior Analyst, you will assist in developing Stem’s products and services into successful commercial offerings.

You will apply your in-depth knowledge of Stem’s products and services, energy markets, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape, to bring differentiated offerings to market that meet the needs of our customers and achieve Stem’s strategic objectives.

The role is highly cross-functional, analytical and requires extensive collaboration with multiple business functions within Stem, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Policy, and Operations.

Responsibilities: Serve as a market entry and strategy expert responsible for determining everything from addressable market size, market requirements, and go-to-market strategy.

Become an expert on Stem’s customers and markets to assess product-market fit and identify new opportunities for Stem offering development.

Conduct quantitative analysis necessary to inform strategic market and product decisions Develop pricing strategy by analyzing Stem’s value proposition, customer willingness-to-pay, and competitor offerings.

Package Stem’s products and services into comprehensive offerings with standardized solution bundles, pricing, costs, revenue & savings models, contract language, and customer proposal collateral.

Collaborate with Product Management to influence Stem’s product roadmap and align new product releases with market entry strategies.

Work closely with Marketing & Communications to develop collateral and content that articulates the value of Stem’s offerings to partners and customers.

Enable scalable sales process by working collaboratively with Product Management, Finance, and Sales Operations to update and maintain Stem’s CRM and Configure-Price-Quote (CPG) platforms.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience in product marketing, product management, energy, renewables, sustainability, or consulting Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills including ability to understand and navigate advanced Excel models Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines Ability to think across disciplines and functional expertise Ability to embrace ambiguity in a dynamic environment Experience developing energy storage and solar projects, or experience modeling wholesale power market revenues, is a plus Job Location San Francisco, California, United States or Austin, Texas, United States Learn More To learn more about Stem, visit our stem.com where you’ll find information about our solutions, technology, partners, case studies, resources, latest news and more.
