Qualifications:
- Background check required.
- Must have a smartphone w/ fast internet connection.
- Must be 18yrs or older
- Having their own vehicle is preferred but not required
- 1+ year of customer service is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Talk to people until finding the customer
- Assist customers through a 2-to-8-minute application process
- Resolves any concerns, questions, and issues with professionalism
- Verify customers? identity and proof of eligibility through a federal database
- Utilizes knowledge of products, services, and brands
