We can’t wait to meet you!As the Performance Marketing Lead you will be responsible for supporting Petal & Pup’s global expansion strategy through driving paid performance channels, and managing relationships with external agencies currently engaged.You will focus heavily on the acquisition of new customers, while also delivering a clear re-marketing strategy to continue the brand’s strong customer retention.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all paid performance channels are operating at a profitable ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) and aligned with overarching global marketing strategy.Essential Functions:Manage relationships with The Social Lab to ensure that they are continuing to drive an aggressive and profitable strategy across Facebook, and facebook owned platforms.
This includes sending through creative, liaising with replenishment and buying teams to be ahead of product trends and optimising creative based on audience fatigue or relevance.Manage relationship with Adcore to continue to expand our digital footprint across Google and google owned platforms.
This includes informing key partners on sales promotions, seasonal changes and new brand strategy.
You will also be responsible for the ownership and communication for new assets across content channels.Develop and implement a strategy across new paid platforms such as Pinterest and Tiktok while reporting on success and scalability.Support all paid channels to efficiently find a healthy contribution of brand relevant assets and product based advertising.Manage and maintain relationships with non-content based US affiliate partners where applicable.Coordinate communications across SMS channels.End to end reporting of all performance and PPC channels, inclusive of but not limited to spend, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and conversion.Report and provide strategic support across CRM tools to help drive customer retention and engagement.Record and assist in the analysation of data regarding customer acquisition, conversion and overall revenue.Work collaboratively with the Public Relations team to align with paid collaborations utilising UGC to focus on a more organic marketing strategy.Support Global Marketing Manager in the overarching global strategy, and always be willing to assist cross departmentally as needed to support the marketing ecosystem.Education and Experience:3-5 years digital marketing experience, preferably in a fashion background.Experience in working collaboratively with internal partners and external agencies.Thorough understanding of Paid Social and Paid Search providers.Have a strong background of success in delivering high ROAS campaigns and optimisations.Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or experience equivalent.Experience with Shopify is highly regarded.Knowledge and Skills:Excellent communication, writing and presentation skillsProficient copywriting skills.Highly detail-oriented, team-player, flexible, positive and creative.Self-motivated and strong collaborator, who encourages confidence and influences peer teams and partners.Outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-makingWe offer a package that can only be described as best in class within the ecommerce space today!Amazing Employee Discount Program (50%)Company Sponsored Medical (HMO & PPO Options), Dental, & Vision PlansCompany Paid Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, & Employee Assistance Plans401(k) Program (100% Match Up to 5% of Pay)Individual & Team Based Leadership Development ProgramsPositive Company Culture that Celebrates both Personal & Company Milestones15 Vacation Days + 10 Sick Days + 10 HolidaysAside from the amazing array of tangible benefits and perks, Petal & Pup offers you the chance to make a daily impact on a global business.
