This Specialist will help support the day-to-day strategy, management and monetization across all social platform driven campaigns. Reporting to our Director, Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving customer growth, revenue and LTV for FabFitFun’s subscription membership across paid social channels.You are data-driven, creative, and have a sharp perspective on what makes great paid social creative. Ideal candidates will know the ins and outs of buying on social platforms, showcase exceptional attention to detail, and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.This position is eligible to work hybrid from our HQ in West Hollywood, CA or any remote in the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, NV, NY, OH, WAWhat You’ll Do:* Plan, evaluate, and analyze paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels in order expand LTV among existing members, reactivate expired members, and drive customer growth* Work cross-functionally with members of the marketing, media agency, and in-house creative teams to continuously improve the content they’re developing exclusively for social* Create a feedback loop to deliver patterns and trends in consumer feedback and behavior to the marketing, agency, creative, and merchandising teamsWhat You’ll Bring:* 3+ years experience managing results-oriented customer acquisition campaigns across various paid social channels* Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving* Able to effectively communicate with advertising partners to efficiently drive campaign performance* Awesome Excel skills and familiarity with Google Docs and the rest of the MS Office Suite* Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly* Passion for new technology and staying on the pulse of effective growth tactics* Expert knowledge in Facebook and Instagram, other platforms a plus* Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills* Comfortable working at a fast pace* Highly technical, data driven, and creativeWhat You’ll Get!
