MARKETING TECHNOLOGIST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Marketing Technologist reports to the MarTech Manager and has expertise in the digital intersection of marketing and technology.
This includes the development, implementation, and management of marketing technology solutions and capabilities in support of marketing initiatives across digital and offline touchpoints.
Working with our marketing partners, this person will support the execution of the MarTech roadmap and work with our delivery partners and vendors to enable, utilize, and expand our MarTech capabilities.
As marketing solutions and capabilities continue to evolve, the Marketing Technologist will keep current, help our partners remain educated, and ensure maximum adoption of the capabilities enabled.
This person will support the MarTech Manager in working with our marketing partners to ensure the appropriate data capabilities exist and the appropriate performance indicators are defined and managed to in order to remain on target with continuously improving marketing’s effectiveness.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support the execution of the MarTech roadmap
- Evangelize, train, and embed the understanding of the MarTech tools into the marketing teams
- Increase adoption of MarTech solutions
- Execute and manage specific MarTech features and functions to marketing goals and objectives
- Help educate the marketing organization on MarTech advances that can enhance client engagement across the entire client life cycle
- Manage vendor implementations and delivery of MarTech solutions
- Help establish and maintain governance practices for MarTech solutions
- Maintain the SLAs for all MarTech solutions
- Support the optimization of our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
- Increase the usage and enrollment of digital products and services.
- Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products the bank provides, the services the bank delivers, the processes employed and the incentives with which colleagues are awarded.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must-Have*
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking and/or financial services
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing and marketing technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital marketing migrations, conversions, projects and campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target is required
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEM, Assets, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager, Ad Cloud and RTCDP + JO) and Salesforce (Sales, Marketing & Service Clouds)
- Knowledge of the MarTech application landscape and experience in managing the integration of marketing application solutions across an organization’s MarTech landscape
- Excellent communication, project-management and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and learning aptitude.
- Creative and technical thinker who researches, identifies and adapts the latest marketing technology trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Digital marketing experience and familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem
- Proven track record of success delivering creative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to shift focus quickly and effectively from one project to the next, and from a supporting to a managing role.
- Familiarity with front-end web design and development experience, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with back-end web development concepts and processes.
