Mo-Mo-Paradise, Asia’s # 1 restaurant brand of authentic Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki, is seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist for our corporate team!
Mo-Mo-Paradise has over 80 locations worldwide and is quickly expanding in North America!
The Marketing specialist will be critical to ensure Mo-Mo-Paradise USA communicates with it’s customers and develop a strong brand awareness to our products and offerings. This person will be well versed in marketing concepts, principles, tactics and continue to develop new marketing skills as new technology and customer behavior evolves. Furthermore, some of the marketing initiatives will be used to also help motivate and grow our team members.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
2. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
3. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
4. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
5. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
6. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
7. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
8. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
9. Understand the Mo-Mo-Paradise brand vision and mission and able to orient other team members based on those principals
10. Understand other brand vision and mission as they are developed and created under management by Casper Hospitality Group
11. Participating in recruitment efforts

18. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
19. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
20. Creating and distributing marketing documents
21. Serving as a point of contact for all marketing questions and initiatives
22. Setting appointments and arranging meetings
23. Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
24. Working closely with restaurant managers to ensure successful marketing initiatives at the store level
25. Perform marketing audits periodically to maintain optimal use of marketing dollars/time
26. Participate in restaurant work days, where corporate team members take on a role for one or more shifts as needed
27. Other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge with Design tools such as Canva, Photoshop is a plus
