Develops the annual sales and marketing plans for assigned customers.
Marketing tactics include, but are not limited to, direct mail.
Meets and exceeds financial objectives including sales, margins, average order and profits from assigned customers.
Manages execution of customer contacts for assigned customers to drive improved retention, average order and order frequency resulting in sales and profit growth per customer.
This consists of developing optimal investments in ad spend and promotion, including use of Reward Cards.
Serves as key communicator to all stakeholders for all marketing for assigned customers, including producing timely marketing briefs/notes to support each activity, creating testing outlines and preparing for conceptualization meetings: Provides clear direction to Marketing Executive Team and Creative and Ad Production, and Communicates relevant details to Inventory Management, Customer Care, Order Entry, MIS, the Call Center and OCG.
Participates in the planning and execution of life-cycle marketing strategies as they relate to assigned customers.
This includes new customer onboarding that leads to improved new customer conversion while providing the greatest return on ad spend and promotional investment.
Contacts include order, shipping and delivery communications, in-cooler experience, and welcome Reviews marketing reports to determine how actual sales compare to projections.
Identifies causes of variances and takes appropriate actions to improve results.
Prepares for and holds post-marketing analysis meetings for customer marketing efforts including budget tracking for managed programs.
Tracks advertising budget for managed programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 4-year college degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
3-5 years direct marketing and sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Proficient in planning and organizational skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and high attention to detail.
Proficient in Site Analytics Tool.
Proficient knowledge of direct and online marketing principles.
