Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will work to support the marketing functions required in KEDPlasma USA plasma centers.

This role will report to the Marketing and Donor Relations Director.

Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily administrative and reporting tasks of client relationship management system (CRM)/rewards program.

Create, store and maintain marketing collateral to support all marketing activities, including but not limited to flyers, postcards, presentations, etc.

Develop, post content and reporting for social platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, corporate website, etc.

Provides onsite support at centers to conduct audit of marketing materials, research of local competitors and coordination of outreach/exhibitor opportunities.

Cross trained as back-up for center advertising marketing support.

May process telephone calls and email inquiries from donors.

Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed.

Job Specifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing from a four year college or university and 2 years marketing experience required.

Experience with HemaTerra CRM or similar CRM platform such as Blackbaud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

Proficient with Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Basic organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

Experience working with a multi-site organization preferred.

Travel up to 25%, approximately.

Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for up to four (4) hours at a time.

Ability to read and review documents for up to four (4) hours at a time.

Ability to tug, lift, and pull up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

Be able to bend, stoop or kneel and climb stairs and/or ladder.

Occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
