They are seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to join their team in the Philadelphia, PA market.
Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements) Essential Functions Communicate with prospects to follow-up and qualify marketing-generated leads Distribute leads to sales managers for assignment, track associated sales activity Maintain marketing and talent development databases, marketing collateral, and other knowledge management tools as needed.
Suggest and implement process improvements and best practices as appropriate.
Curate content for social media distribution and content development efforts in alignment with the content calendar Prepare reports summarizing KPIs, activities and results related to marketing and talent development activities and initiatives.
Assist with website content and execution of social media campaigns as needed.
Customize marketing and talent development assets as needed Prepare internal and external communications in accordance with communications calendar Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives Organize and manage marketing collateral Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor”s degree in marketing 1-3 years of marketing experience preferably in manufacturing or distribution Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills demonstrated experience in social media platforms If you are interested, please apply to this link or send your resume directly to bhallaccentrecruit.com.
