End User and Marketing Representative
– Dallas, TX Apex Tool Group is looking for exceptional talent to join our End User Conversion Team as an End User and Marketing Representative (“EUR”).

This is an entry-level, full-time role with potential to progress in our organization to senior-level sales and marketing positions.

This position will be responsible for strengthening the relationship between Apex Tool Group and its end users by creating brand awareness, generating customer demand, building relationships, maintaining the integrity of our products, and achieving sales goals.

Representatives will be responsible for the in-store presence of ATG’s product lines in large, regional industrial and hardware stores or dealers and interacting directly with current and potential end users through event marketing and jobsite visits.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to drive brand sales both directly and indirectly.

This position will report to the Regional Team Lead.

As an EUR, you will be provided in-depth product, sales, and merchandising training at our training center in Apex, North Carolina.

Successful Representatives must be resourceful, self-confident, driven and disciplined.

You must have the desire and ability to thrive in a field position, managing end user accounts, tasks, and executions as needed.

It is also important that you have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily build trust and credibility to influence.

At Apex Tool Group, we give you the tools to build your career Open Territories: Austin, TX Dallas, TX Houston, TX Key Responsibilities Create brand and product awareness by conducting product demonstrations with a branded company vehicle at industrial and hardware distribution, on jobsites, at trade shows and other brand-specific events Develop long term partnerships with end users and large industrial and hardware, lumberyard, building centers, and farm & ranch retail headquarters Actively seek out and develop relationships with new customer and/or dealers to drive regional hardware and industrial sales Develop and implement local marketing advertising programs along and execute cross selling opportunities in your accounts for ATG products (planograms, merchandisers, end caps, etc.) Review current product placement, assist with planogram development and identify cross-merchandising opportunities Partner with customers to increase knowledge of ATG’s portfolio of products and provide product training as needed Listen to “Voice of the Customer” and share feedback with leadership and product teams Understand and analyze competitive landscape of industrial and hardware partners and share feedback cross-functionally Develop relationships with internal ATG functions (i.e., Marketing, Customer Service, R&D etc.) to drive sales and provide end user feedback on the jobsite Track and report sales activities on a regular and timely basis Critical Skills & Qualifications BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual-Spanish highly preferred Ability to work flexible hours to occasionally include nights and weekends Valid driver’s license with clean driving history Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed Capable of using hands to assemble tools and build displays Local territory (50%) and cross-country travel required (15%), including some weekends Ability for relocation across the United States At Apex Tool Group (www.apextoolgroup.com), we’re passionate about innovation.
