The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing schedules and communication for Tao Group Hospitality’s Chief Marketing Officer.
The position is Los Angeles-based and will learn the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research.
The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Ability to interact with all levels of staff in a fast pace, high energy environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Must be reliable, collaborative, resourceful, supportive, and a creative problem solver
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks while using good judgment to meet deadlines
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
Ability to work flexible hours
– some nights and weekends
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Primary responsibilities:
Provides support to the CMO and marketing teams.
Assists in all professional and personal matters.
Coordinates and manages a variety of complex meetings with internal and external executives, teams, and assistants.
Ensures accuracy in documentation and data.
Coordinates extensive travel arrangements to include domestic and international flights, hotels, and ground transportation for the Partner and/or colleagues/family.
Assists Executive Office with the preparation of presentation materials; creating and compiling files at times from multiple sources.
Drafts routine correspondence for review.
Screens calls and mail.
Prepares correspondence, letters, or memos as needed
